Atomic CAfe; is a rock & roll trio that utilizes guitar, bass, drums, piano & blues harp. Lead singer MicA and bassist 'Timoteo' started out by writing gothic western novellas until they discovered that they preferred to rock, transferring thier dusty western ideals from the deserts of New Mexico to the city streets of Los Angeles.
MicA, born and raised in So. Cal, learned to play guitar after numerous L.A. car accidents, lame musician boyfriends. Her guitar mentors are Trevin Pinto (Bull-E), John Schneider, & Hal Oppenheim. MicA first began singing after countless nightmare attempts at trying to hire lead singers for her band.
Timoteo is a blues guitarist from Colorado. He traveled to Los Angeles in search of the perfect burrito. After performing and recording with endless top flight rock acts...he started writing dusty western gothic novellas....only to be seduced by the sirens of the Fender precision bass.
Besides, Atomic CAfe's first bass player is now a roller queen...and her replacement is now being professionally treated for strange behavior.
Currently, Mica resides somewhere in Los Angeles County, and is in dire need of an exorcism. She is known to have psychic contact with the spirits of Jim Morrison, G.G. Allen, and Sid Barret....
Timoteo currently plays guitar with the band "The Skunks".
